CCK is the ideal space for newcomers and seasoned-chefs alike. Co-packing facilities, Shared-Use Kitchens and Food Business Incubators are places that help farmers and food entrepreneurs get value-added food products to market without having to invest in costly food processing infrastructure. Renovations started in October and the kitchen should open next summer. Center City Kitchen aims to encourage entrepreneurship and stellar food production by offering an affordable shared commercial incubation kitchen with resources, support, and technical assistance.
